James Ross, founder of JamesInspires.com and creator of Surviving Love and Relationships with Alcoholics and Addicts, knows exactly what it's like to be in a relationship with an Alcoholic & Addict. He spent 5 long years trying to figure out "which way was up" and how to stop the "drama-go-round". "One of the hardest parts was trying to figure out what to do and what not to do. Constantly walking on egg shells and trying to protect my daughter at the same time created enormous amounts of stress. It's a tough way to live!" said James.

Through his journey he learned the methods or "golden nuggets", as he likes to call them, that lifted him out of the trenches and allowed him to enjoy a much better life. James says: "There were several things that I had to accept. I didn't want to accept them, but once I did, everything became very clear and a path to happiness opened up". His Surviving Love and Relationships with Alcoholics and Addicts program incorporates these "golden nuggets" to help thousands of people get past their constant worrying, sleepless nights, and endless fighting. James concludes by saying: "This program is a guided series that walks people through step by step until they reach a much better place. It allows them to finally become free".

James went through 5 years of pain and suffering in a relationship with an Alcoholic and Addict. I was tested emotionally, physically, financially, and spiritually. I endured pain, tears, sleepless nights, exhaustion, guilt, worry, and constant fear. In the end my daughter and I survived. My ex, however, did not. It is my hope that my site, JamesInspires.com, will help people who are experiencing the same challenges I did, and give them the tools and knowledge to live a better life.

Menyone Deveaux walks in a room and you immediately do a double take, recognizing her bright eyes and winning smile. Yet, it's her perseverance, rather than looks, that has created her career in Hollywood. Menyone is a Hollywood hyphenate, easily wearing the hats of actress, producer, and writer. Recently, she's drawn from her experiences of surviving terrorizing domestic abuse - as well as being a single mother of an autistic child - to inform her work... Menyone has written and produced Aprils Fools slated for Lionsgate March 2010 and her book Journey To the Red Carpet is due out Fall 2010.

Born in Chicago, she began dancing and reciting scenes from her favorite movies at the age of nine. Her outgoing spirit kept her busy performing for family members, on street corners, and wherever she could find an audience. By high school, she was playing basketball for the school, active in dance and theater, and preparing for a career in acting.

"Ive always wanted to perform for an audience, whether it was dancing, sports or acting. I come from long line of freethinking people - it's in my blood."

Upon arriving to LA, Menyone immediately landed a role on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" as a martial arts specialist. Since then, she's appeared on HBO's "Project Greenlight," the sitcom "The Parkers," and she enjoyed a cameo in the 20th Century Fox film adaptation of Notorious B.I.G.s life, NOTORIOUS.

2009 has been a busy year for Sean Kanan. He joined the cast of "The Young & The Restless" in the role he made famous, Deacon Sharpe on "The Bold & The Beautiful". He recently completed a 4 month run in the hit play, "It's Just Sex". Executive Producer Antonio Banderas and Producer David Salzman (Mad TV) cast Kanan in the soon to be seen web series, "Camera Cafe". The wildly popular inter-net comedy takes place in an office and is seen entirely through the unique perspective of the coffee vending machine. Currently produced and seen in over thirty countries, "Camera Cafe" is about to launch in the US on Mio TV.

Sean has been frequenting the comedy club circuit making numerous appearances at the world famous Hollywood Improv and the HaHa. He offers a unique and hilarious perspective about his ten years in daytime television, living in Italy and getting beaten up by Daniel Larusso in the "The Karate Kid III".

Sean is a proud single parent of daughter Simone, and will be discussing his experiences as a single parent.

Check out Sean, and his stand up comedy, at the Improv December 9.

Barbara Mahler is a practitioner of traditional oriental medicine with a passion for healing and storytelling. The tragic 9/11 events and the death of one of Mahler's closest clients prompted her to write about the healing power of love and the beauty of the human spirit.

The Hole in the Sky, the first book of a trilogy, is a children's adventure story about Kaela Neuleaf, a 13-year-old girl who longs for a magical life after the loss of her mother. An unusual visitor leads Kaela and her cousin on a fantastical journey to a cursed land where they find beauty, adventure, strange and magical friends, and deadly enemies. The key that unlocks the curse lies hidden in the mystical butterfly breath, but to uncover it, Kaela has to overcome her grief and face her deepest fears before time runs out.

Mahler has worked extensively with cancer patients and is consistently touched by kindness and strength of the human spirit. She divides her time between her homes in Boulder, CO and Malibu, CA.
